Delivery

Currently, we are only able to deliver orders to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland. This includes the Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. 

Our postage now varies depending on the value of the items ordered. We aim to dispatch your order on the most cost-effective service for both us and of course yourself.

Your postage cost is clearly stated prior to you checking out.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email informing you of this. If any tracking numbers are available for your order then this is where you will find them. This is the most accurate way of tracking your order.

We would ask that if you haven't received a dispatch email after 5 working days then please contact us via the "Contact Us" form which can be found HERE

At this moment in time, we are unable to deliver outside of the UK and Northern Ireland.


Refunds and Exchanges

               

Public fundraising orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s) but if you’ve just changed your mind, then let us know within 14 days starting on the day after you receive your items and we’ll provide a refund. To do this please fill in the form on the bottom of your dispatch note and we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.

 

If your order has arrived and is faulty for any reason, then again, please fill in the relevant part of the returns section on the dispatch note and return to us.

 

We would advise that any returns are sent via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postal service. Please email your proof of postage to Pudsey@bbc.co.uk for any faulty items and we will add this to your refund total.

Any donations that were included within your original order will only be refunded if you specifically request this, please highlight this in your returns form or alternatively, please inform us using the Contact Us form.

In the unlikely event that our Customer Care team are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, then you may refer your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform which is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Exchanges

When you receive your delivery there will be a delivery note included. On the back of this, there is a section allowing you to tell us whats wrong with the product and if you would like an exchange or a refund. In terms of exchanges; we are only able to exchange for an alternative size and should you require a different style then please ask for a refund and re-order your desired t-shirt.
